Return & Refund Policy

At Ai Secured, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, we are here to assist you seamlessly. Here's how our return policy works:

1: Order Cancellation: Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel your order at any point before the goods are delivered. Contact us via email at sales@aisecured.co.uk or call us urgently at 0121 389 1740. According to the Consumer Contract (ICAC’S) Regulations and Distance Selling Regulation (DSR), you have 14 days from receiving your item to return it 'as new.' Once you inform us, you have 30 days to return it. We'll issue a full refund upon receiving the item at Ai Secured Ltd.

Note: This policy excludes business customers.

2: Returns Using Your Method or Collection: For defect-related returns, we offer a free return via Royal Mail or an alternative service, depending on the cost. If you opt for your courier, Ai Secured will refund the delivery cost based on our costing, requiring a proof of delivery cost receipt.

3: Goods Damaged in Transit: Report any transit damage within 48 hours (1 working day for business customers). If visible damage occurs, record it on the carrier's delivery note. Items should be returned in original packaging within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.

4: Goods Faulty Upon Arrival: Notify us within 14 days if items are faulty on arrival. Return them in original packaging for collection or with all accessories and documentation. We'll issue a replacement or full refund, including return delivery costs.

5: Items Faulty After 30 Days: If a fault develops after 30 days but within the warranty period, you're entitled to a warranty repair. We follow the resolutions outlined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For business customers, warranty repairs after 28 days are referred to the manufacturer.
